Chakras: (in Indian thought)  seven energy centres of spiritual power in the human body.
 Each week Melanie will focus on one of the seven chakras. Connecting with it, activating the energy through yoga poses and consolidating that connection with meditation and yin yoga poses.
 This 60 min class is suitable for beginners. Expect an open level yoga sequence.
