Yoga practice is a physical philosophy encompassing both the mind and body that assists the participant to achieve an increasingly smooth synchronisation between the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects of their life.
Yoga is not mysterious, mystical, athletic, complicated, competitive or religious. It is merely a system designed to balance bidy and mind through discipline and practice of postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranyama) for optimum health, (mentally, physically and emotionally).
