Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow with Hanif Rajwani
Monday 6.00pm – 7.15pm
Ashtanga Level 1 – 2 is the traditional full Primary Series, and is 60 minutes long. If you have done yoga before, you will be challenged but comfortable here, as you learn to navigate the sequence and flowing movement and connections that are unique to Ashtanga. Please know that we always welcome new students to this class, although, if you have never done yoga before, it’s best to start in our Level 1 classes, or take a 6 week beginner course if you are able.
